1. What is Nuu’s Mail Club?
Nuu’s Mail Club is a one-time collector’s art package that includes a surprise fine-art print, printed on museum-quality paper, with a signed Letter of Authenticity and premium packaging.
2. What size is the art print?
Each print is 12 × 12 cm, the same size as the original artwork.
3. What paper do you use?
All prints are created on Ilford Smooth Pearl 310 gsm fine-art paper using professional pigment inks for archival quality.
4. Will I know which artwork I’m getting?
No — the print is a surprise piece chosen from my Fine Art Print Collection, always valued at $55 or above.
5. Is this a monthly subscription?
No. The Mail Club is a one-time edition. You can purchase again anytime, but it’s not an automatic monthly subscription.
6. Do you ship in NZ and Australia?
Yes — shipping is free within NZ & Australia.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes — there is a flat worldwide rate for international buyers.
8. How is my Mail Club package wrapped?
Each set is wrapped in acid-free tissue, placed on a rigid backing board, sealed in a protective sleeve, and shipped flat via NZ Post with tracking.
9. Do you include any extras?
Yes — each Mail Club pack includes:
- A signed Letter of Authenticity
- A personal artist letter
- A small paper accent
10. When will my order ship?
Processing time is 4–5 business days, then shipped with tracking.
11. What if my print arrives damaged?
If your order arrives bent or damaged, please contact me with a photo and I’ll arrange a replacement.
12. Can I return or exchange the print?
Due to the limited-edition nature and surprise selection, returns and exchanges are not accepted. But if there’s a problem with your order, I’ll help you fix it.
